Can I use Labvanced for free? Are there limitations?
Yes, you can use Labvanced for free but of course there are limitations. Experiment creation is based on feature tiers and free users will have the lowest available tier. Hence as a free user you can create and run only simple experiments, such as button press or mouse clicking experiments, or normal surveys. Free users cannot use more than 300MB of storage space and they will only get 10 recordings for free.
How can I be sure that the platform is capable of creating my experiment?
We are 99.99% sure that the answer to this question is YES, it is possible, because we have almost never seen a paradigm that cannot be realized with our system. Importantly, our Sample Studies Page provides you with over 30 complete paradigm studies, feature demos, and other resources that you can directly use/import to find out if your idea is workable with our system. Can Labvanced staff help me create my study? What level of support can I expect?
It depends on the type of license you have.
As a free user you have to build your study by yourself and have to rely on normal email support without
the option to ask study specific questions. Each paid license then comes with a different level of
support, such as chat support, onboarding calls, customized webinars, etc. Hence if support is important
to you consider upgrading your license. Also, if you have no time but some extra budget, Labvanced staff
can also offer complete study creation services.
